Bringing A Realtor’s Website to Life

When Devin approached TMG Marketing Partners, she knew we could help bring her brand to life. Just as important, she wanted a creative partner who would listen closely, welcome her feedback, and understand what felt right to her.

For a realtor, personal connection matters. Buyers and sellers are choosing someone to guide them through a meaningful decision. A real estate website should give them a sense of the person they will be working with, along with a clear way to start the conversation.

Devin wanted a simple, inviting website that reflected her personality and love for her community. Our job was to translate that vision into a cohesive brand and a website that introduced her approach and encouraged potential clients to connect.

Finalizing Brand Colors Through Collaboration

Devin had a clear direction for her brand: muted, earthy, warm colors.

She had a few shades in mind, but none quite captured the feeling she wanted. We developed an initial color palette to give her something tangible to respond to. Her feedback then helped us refine the palette until it felt distinctly hers.

Devin felt comfortable asking for changes because she knew we welcomed her input. That collaboration helped ensure the final identity reflected her personality and the impression she wanted to make on potential clients.

One detail made her vision especially memorable: Devin connected her preferences to Sherwin-Williams paint colors she loved. Those familiar references helped us translate her sense of home into a soft, grounded palette of earthy neutrals with a blush accent:

  • BarBerry (#A58885): A dusty rose used for accents and the logo.
  • Iron Ore (#444A4B): A deep slate that gives body text a strong visual foundation.
  • Two sage-grays (#6D6C5F and #929386): Complementary shades used for links and hover states.
  • Warm linen (#DDD1C8) and white: Background colors that keep the page light and welcoming.

Typography carried that balance forward. Montserrat provided a clean, consistent style for headlines and body text, while Alex Brush script added a personal touch to callouts.

Together, the colors and fonts created the calm, lived-in feeling Devin envisioned. With her logo and visual identity established, we had the foundation to carry that personality into her realtor website.

One Page With a Clear Path

With the visual identity established, we developed the wireframe: the layout that establishes how the website’s content and features fit together before the final design takes shape. Devin wanted a one-page website that felt clean, fresh, and welcoming. Much like a home, it needed to make people feel comfortable while helping them find their way around.

We planned the layout around her story and the information potential clients would need before contacting her. Each section had a clear role: introducing Devin, establishing credibility, or helping visitors take the next step.

Keeping everything on one page also required thoughtful navigation. Visitors still needed familiar menu options, so we created anchored links that take them directly to the relevant sections farther down the page. The call to action follows the same approach, leading visitors to the inquiry form.

The result is a single-page layout with familiar navigation, allowing visitors to move directly to the information they need without searching through the entire page.

From First Impression to First Conversation

With the structure in place, Devin’s photos, testimonials, and love for her community brought the page to life. Her photos introduced the person behind the brand, while testimonials shared the experiences of clients who had worked with her. Her connection to the community helped visitors understand what mattered to her beyond the transaction.

For a real estate website, those details help visitors understand who they would be working with and why they should reach out. By pairing the content with the design, we connected her personal story with a clear invitation to get in touch.

That invitation led to a form designed around Devin’s client intake needs. Devin needed to know whether someone was buying, selling or doing both, so we coded the form to ask the questions that mattered to her. Those answers give her useful context before the first follow-up, helping her begin a more informed conversation.

Looking ahead, the website can expand with Devin’s business. A future phase could introduce a dedicated listings page or add a listings section to the existing layout, depending on whether she wants to retain the one-page format.

A Personal Brand With a Practical Purpose

Devin’s finished real estate website brings her brand and client experience together in one purposeful page. The design reflects her personality, the content introduces her approach, and the inquiry form supports the work that happens after someone reaches out.

Key elements of the project include:

  • Collaborative brand development: Devin’s vision and feedback guided the visual identity.
  • A warm, cohesive palette: Muted, earthy colors informed by her Sherwin-Williams references worked alongside her logo and fonts.
  • Simple, familiar navigation: Anchored links connected visitors to relevant sections within one page.
  • Personal storytelling and credibility: Photos, testimonials, and community connections helped potential clients get to know Devin.
  • A purposeful inquiry process: Clear calls to action led to a custom form that identified buying, selling or combined needs.

Devin’s project shows how a personal brand can guide practical website decisions. Listening shaped the visual identity. The wireframe organized her story. Her photos and testimonials added substance, and the tailored form created a more useful starting point for client conversations.
